Welcome to our holiday home 4**** in Combaillaux—a charming retreat just minutes from Montpellier, nestled in the heart of the Hérault countryside. The villa features a large, pleasant living area bathed in natural light thanks to two wide south-facing glass doors opening onto the terrace and garden. This living space is perfect for gathering with family or friends.
You'll find a large convivial dining table (for 8 guests), a cozy lounge-library corner with board games, and a sizable comfortable TV area — equipped with two large sofas, a connected Smart TV, and high‑speed Wi‑Fi access.

The spacious, separate kitchen is fully equipped for an autonomous stay:

• Dishwasher
• Fridge-freezer
• Extractor hood
• Three types of coffee maker (traditional, pod, and French press)
• Electric kettle, blender, mixer, new and complete tableware
• Built‑in breakfast nook for simple morning meals
• A window overlooking the garden

Enjoy a vast shaded terrace beneath a large pergola—perfect for summer lunches and dinners. Available for your use are a large family table, garden lounge, and barbecue for convivial moments. The panoramic view of the village of Combaillaux and the surrounding countryside will captivate you immediately.

The house includes four bedrooms:

• Three bedrooms with new 160×200 cm beds, desks, wardrobes, and open views of nature
• One family bedroom with a 140×190 cm double bed plus two 90×200 cm bunk beds, wardrobe, and a view of the pool
• All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning for optimal comfort in any season

Two bathrooms:

• One with a bathtub and shower
• One with an Italian-style walk-in shower

Each with heated towel rails, storage space, and abundant natural light
Two separate toilets equipped with hand basins and mirrors
A practical laundry area is available, including a washing machine, sink, ironing board, iron, drying rack, and various storage options

The landscaped, enclosed garden offers privacy and tranquility. The private, secure swimming pool (protected by a barrier and alarm), faces south and is furnished with sun loungers, relaxing chairs, and a parasol. A pool house and outdoor lighting allow you to enjoy long, relaxing evenings by the water. Private parking inside the property is also provided.

A car is recommended to explore the region. The villa is located:

• 20 km from Montpellier Mediterranean Airport
