Rates
The holiday home is available for rent per week (minimum 7 nights). Holiday rental available by the week. Mandatory cleaning fee: €180. Bed linen and towels: €30 per person.

Rental Conditions
To ensure a serene and comfortable stay in our holiday villa in Occitanie, please review the following rental conditions. They guarantee a quality experience in a peaceful setting, just a few kilometers from Montpellier, Mediterranean beaches, and classified natural sites.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Arrival: from 3:00 PM
- Departure: by 10:30 AM
Required Documents
A civil liability insurance certificate (villégiature insurance) covering seasonal rentals is required upon booking. It protects you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.
Capacity & House Rules
- Maximum capacity: 8 people
- The house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please specify the exact number of occupants when booking. Additional undeclared guests will incur a € 100 per day charge.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed. A € 60 per day supplement will apply in case of violation.
Respect for the Neighbors & Property
- No noisy parties or events: the house is located in a calm, residential area. Please respect the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.
- Please treat the villa, the pool, and all equipment as if it were your own home.
Booking Terms
- A 30 % deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.
- The balance is due 15 days before arrival.
- For special requests (mobility contract, invoicing, etc.), don't hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the full amount remains due.
- For maximum security, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance, such as the CHAPKA plan, which costs about 2.8 % of the total rental amount:
Security Deposit
- A € 1,000 security deposit is required upon arrival (by cheque or bank transfer).
- It will be refunded after the departure inspection, provided no issues are found.
